Refund policy

Items purchased on dodiee.com are eligible for return within 14 days of the item’s date of receipt in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition with all original tags attached.

US Returns

We offer complimentary US return shipping. A prepaid UPS return label is included with your order and you can drop your item off at a local UPS drop box.

Canada Returns

A prepaid UPS return label is included with your order and you can drop your item off at a local UPS drop box. A $25 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

UK and Europe Returns

A prepaid DHL return label is included with your order and you can drop your item off at a local DHL drop box. A $50 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow for 3 - 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed.  

Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of dodiee.com. Any returned item received outside of the 14 day return window will be issued a merchandise credit.  Items deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include (1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or (2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning, repair, and/or shoebox replacement.
