SOLEIL PRIVÉ PREVIEW IN NEW YORK

For Spring/Summer 2027, I wanted to bring the world of Soleil Privé to New York, welcoming friends of Dodiee for an intimate afternoon at Palma.

Created as an extension of the collection, the luncheon reflected the intimacy, femininity and quiet sensuality at the heart of the season. We gathered around a long table in the garden, while models dressed in Spring/Summer 2027 moved throughout the space, bringing the collection to life and offering a first look at the season.

One of the most personal details of the afternoon was a custom silk scarf created from the handwritten notes and illustrations found in my mother Dodie’s personal agenda. Each guest received one alongside a handwritten note and a single tulip — a small piece of my mother and the story that continues to inspire Dodiee.

The world of Soleil Privé continued through a moodboard featuring imagery from our SS27 campaign, photographed at Château Ste-Agnès in Québec, alongside the sketches, fabric swatches and references that shaped the collection. It offered a glimpse into the creative process behind the season and connected the world we created at the château to our afternoon in New York.

More than a preview of Spring/Summer 2027, the afternoon was an invitation into Dodiee’s world — bringing together the women, places, memories and personal stories that continue to shape everything we create.
